At LFA, our Youth MMA program is designed for young athletes looking to develop their skills in a fun, supportive, and structured environment. Whether you're a junior just starting or a teen ready to take your training to the next level, here's what you can expect:

Engaging & Age-Appropriate Coaching
Our experienced coaches teach MMA fundamentals tailored to each age group, focusing on developing coordination, fitness, and confidence. Juniors (8-12) will learn basic movement, striking, and grappling in a fun and interactive way, while teens (13-16) will dive deeper into techniques like boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and wrestling.
